you no longer have a curfew with the law. your a legal adult. there are clubs for 18 and older. and you can buy cigs if your over 18

I'm Polish and I'm over 18,but under 21;), and I can do everything I want to. Vote, get married, take a loan in bank, run my own bank account, drive a car, work full time job 12 month a year :D, which I do, study at the University, which I also do, go to the club, smoke, drink beer ,vodka etc etc
