I just verified my account but nothing has changed. My status is verified but my balance is still $0.00.

  1. when you get verified it just links your bank account to your paypal account your paypal account will be zero unless you tranfer money into it but you can still purchase things immediatly as long as you have money in the bank it will come out as soon as you buy whatever.
