  1. ASK YOUR MOM!!!!!

  2. At night, and in the morning, leave the f******n back for periods of time, and just drying out will begin to desensitize the glans.

The stream of water in the shower touching the exposed glans will not be tolerable, nor will the friction of clothing on the exposed glans.

It will become less hypersensitive, and will balance out.   Just the exposure to the air for periods of time each day before dressing, and after undressing or bed will make a noticeable change in sensitivity within a couple of weeks or so.

You're lucky to be intact, and enjoy a complete sexual experience that will come from having a complete p***s.

Did you know that most phimosis is caused by premature retraction of an infant's or toddler's f******n?     Some individuals think that the f******n of an infant should be retracted for cleaning, but this is never necessary and harms the f******n opening, damaging the elasticity of the opening before it has time to develop.     The f******n should never be retracted until the individual is about 8 years old or so, and should be done by himself.       Even doctors (most of them are circumcised) are unfamiliar with the fact that foreskins should never be forcibly and prematurely retracted.

  3. The f******n should still cover the glans when you are flaccid. This should take care of the sensitivity.

As for other times, I can't help you there. I guess it will just get better with time.

  4. I would say rub the exposed area with wet fingers as gently as you can for a little bit every day. It should get less sensitive in time. Can you keep the f******n covering the head when you're in the shower, to protect it? Or turn the water down or take baths for a while.

  5. lather (create lots of soupy stuff) up with lots of soup, try not to pull the skin (at least not now) and use the index finger to go under the skin--be sure to put lots of soup (try to use Dove) to the pubic area, as you are lathering up stick your finger under the skin and "force" as much lather under the skin--to give you a chance to pull the skin (lubrication). Now slowly pull the skin back even if there is some discomfort pull slowly; let the water slowly wash off the lather but let the water run off you body so that it does not hit the glands/head; keep the skin pulled back until you have washed the head for sometime. let the skin go and pull back--do this several times but do not m********e just pull and let go of the f******n to condition it.  Careful with the erection.

  6. Your glans is sensitive because you are young and uncut. As you age, the sensitivity diminishes naturally. So enjoy it while it lasts.

Just use a very mild soap with a moisturiser in it if possible, for now.

Turn the shower down and save water..... you have it on too hard!

  7. Try bathing instead of showering for a while. Use a very mild unscented soap and soft cotton washcloth or large cotton balls to cleanse. It will still be tender, but you won't have forceful shower water making it even more uncomfortable.
