  1. I had my first son at 14!

It really all depends on the elasticity of your skin.

I had poor electricity. And carried a 9.5lbs baby to 43 weeks.

I always had some skin left over even when i was skinnier then i was before pregnancy. Though  i know a lot of women and teens who have had children and some look exactly the same as before and some have stretch marks and a bit of skin. Eat healthy, use creams, and breastfeeding also helps re-tighten the uterus.

  2. Congratulations yes you can tone your stomach back remember after having your babies you are eating for one again so no snacks breastfeed ,diet and exercise and you have youth on your side stretch marks your gonna keep just keep your body oiled as much as you can during pregnancy

  3. Yes, because at 14 you can really decide whether you want a baby or not. Did you think it would make you grown-up if you had a baby? In a couple of years you'll realise that you are too immature but it's already late for that. And you are just a kid, it's a fact not a figure of speech!

As for after the birth, exercise and eat right. Every woman is different in regards to going back to normal after pregnancy.

  4. Welcome to womanhood.  The stretch marks are there to stay forever.  The skin will probably not go back to normal.

  5. well you are in over your head for a while but don't give up you will get it it is not that hard but it is hard work as he will have to work to pay for things for the baby

but for other things the flab for twins is pretty good size so you should be able to get rid of it but will take alot of hard work

but for stretchmarks i call them baby tracks are here to stay so i would say no more 2 piece bikini's

i do say that you get some practice before the baby gets here as it will be a shock and i would say finish school but you need to pay someone even if your mom to keep them while you are in school to show them that you are being responsible and no going out by your self that ends you have to stay with them as much as you can as it is not noone else responsibity

i am 26 i have almost 3 year old and you talking a hand full

but when you get to the point of wanting to go have fun you have to think of the babies and well the fun will end and i am sure your parents will have you to stay home with the babies

but not trying to lecture just saying it is going to be hard work but if you put your mind to it you can due it and in several years i would love to hear back from you that you graduated and went to college and doing something great with your life

    but good luck and congrats

  6. You need to start now.

    1) Cravings are your body telling you that you need real things.  When you think you need a Hershey bar, try a small lowfat chocolate milk.  You dont need to be fat when you are prgenant.

2)Excercise is OK in moderation.  Go for walks, park at the ar side of the parking lot, swim, yoga, all good things...

3)Bed Bath & Beyond has a whole shelf of creams that you need to use now.  they will make your skin more elastic and so you reduce the chance of deep streth marks.
