  1. No doubt it has been scored against the best team but on a flat track and with the support of a runner but I give full credit to Anwar for his knock of 194 the highest in ODI and certainly it was a Great innings played by one of the most stylish batsman in history.

    Against INDIA in Chennai and a record which is 12 years old for the highest runs scored in an ODI.


  2. when a good cricketer is in form he will score prolificly,whoever be the opponents.The opposing  team need not be called a worst team.similarly if a world,s best batsman scores zero,you need not call the opposing team the best .

    That match which syeed anwer scored 194 against india at chennai,was one of the best oneday innings i have seen,they were no risky shots at all ,just  breathtaking  strokes.The last ball he played he intended to lift it for a six,which would have completed his 200.The ball went miles in to the sky,and what a brilliant catch Ganguly took,that catch could be equivalent to kapil,s catch of richards in world cup 83 final.
