    sorry

    i suppose its 16 or 18?

  2. Lanzerote, an island of the Canaries, belongs to Spain legally, and in Spain you are considered as being an adult from the age of 18.

Being an adult means the ability of conclusion of contracts with full responsibility, like it is required for a tattoo order.

In other words, being under 18 years you must ´have approval by your parents or the person responsible for your eduction, in order to get a Tattoo..
