what is the earliest age you can start working out without it effecting your height and growth?

  1. the safest thing to do is wait until you stop growing before working out. The only way you can influence your height is if you injure a growth plate, so as long as you don't lift to much, it should be ok to start at about 14 or 15, but if you want to make sure all of your body grows correctly and is in proportion, its probably a good idea to hold off on lifting until you are fully grown.


  2. I think 16 is the best age to start because any other age is too young..

  3. If you do it correctly you can start at any time & it will not effect your height. That is a myth.
