Karma obviously doesn't know her facts. I'm 21 now. But have been getting tattoos and piercings since I was 14 with my parent's consent. It is not illegal to do so. Every tattoo shop will tell you the same thing. All you need is your parent to go into the shop with you. Good luck :)

You have to be 18 no matter what. It is illegal EVERYWHERE for a minor to get inked even with parental consent.
