  1. yes you do because the process for extracting alcohol from beer still leaves trace amounts most non alcoholic beers are about 0.04% therefore are not completely alcohol free so you still have to be the legal age of where you live.

  2. Yes.  It actually contains some alcohol even though they say NA.

  3. yes u have to be 21 to purchase alcohol free beer not to sure about drinking

  4. Nope

  5. Technically non-alcoholic beer is not (obviously) alcohol (just trace amounts), so there is no law to say you cannot purchase it and drink it. If you are refused purchase threaten legal c**p, that always works.

I think the laws specify what legal alcoholic drinks exist, and what % alcohol the have to have (ie light beer might be from 1.5 - 3%) so if the alcohole is in non-alcoholic beers is so low as to not be listed it is either illegal alcohol, or not an alcoholic berverage at all.

Though I would check what the specific laws of your state are first.

Also why drink non-alcoholic beer anyways? I mean, its not the best of stuff. You are better off either waiting till 21, or if you are that eager get it from other means.

BTW, I am from Aus, just to let you know the purchasing age here is 18, but you are allowed to drink in private premises at any age. BUT I do have a few Americans friends and therefore do understand the woes of American young beer lovers to some extent.

    Happy drinking!

  6. no

  7. Yes. I've tried to do it before and there is a trace amount of alcohol in it so you still have to be 21. It sucks. I know.

  8. According to ABC offices, technically you can buy it, but it is left up to the store owner decision since it could negatively reflect on the store owner.
