Age of Empires 3 War Chiefs Error 0x80040702?

Question

I had a major problem with my PC, managed to sort it, but Age of Empires 3 War Chiefs would not work, so I tried to uninstall it. It doesn't show anywhere in my programmes except for Control Panel Add & Remove. I cannot re-install it as I get the message 0x80040702 Failed to load DLL:

FirewallInstallHelper Setup will now terminate. The uninstall button is greyed out so I cannot uninstall the programme. I have done some research but haven't found a solution for this problem although it seems quite common.

Hi there,
I don't know what exactly is your problem,but if you want to uninstall the game & you have tried "Add or Remove Program".here is sth for you:
type :RegEdit in run,then follow the path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstall .
then you can delete the game ,but use this way only if Setup & Add or Remove Program does not work.
