Age progression photos?

My little sister passed away when she was 7 years old. Yesterday would have been her 18th birthday and even though nearly 11 years have passed since her death, I miss her more and more every day. I want to find some sort of *free* age-progression software, or website. I do not have much (if any money) but I would really like to know at least an idea of what my sister would look like today...
