Age to start wearing make up?

k well thanks for answering the age. now im kinda wondering on how to ask my mom. im thinking about going to the store getting sum makeup and asking"mom can i buy this"

14/15+ There isnt really an age you should start, just when the majority of people start to.

Id avoid it for as long as you can.

my mom let me wear makeup at 10 as long as it wasn't too heavy. ok go to like a drugstore that sells makeup....causually lead ur mom to the cosmetics section... just say u wanted to 'just look' .start with smthg simple like eye shadow and ask if it'd be 'okay' if u could wear it. ...dont buy it but l8r at like night at dinner or smthg bring up u wanna start wearing makeup and let the convo go from there. good luck!

Well I started off at 13. And I just put eye shadow and I was in 7th grade. Then in the begging of 8th grade I plucked my eyebrows and a little bit of more eye shadow. When Freshmen year came along I got to wear eye shadow, curled my eye lashes with maskara and lip gloss. And now that I'm going to be in 10th grade I could put blush and eye liner. So if you are having a hard time asking your mom if you can wear make up. Just ask her little things here and there. And that your growing up and wanting to put make up and stuff. And let her know it doesn't have to be all kinds. So every year maybe she'll let you wear other things too I wish you good luck and have fun!!!

I would say 13/14 sounds like a good age. that's when I started :)
