  1. I have just accepted it as an inevitability. One thing that makes death a little less depressing is religion and faith. I myself am a Christian so the idea of having an eternity in Heaven takes away  the sting of death. But thats my opinion.

  2. for me, studying God's promises in the Bible took away my fear.

  3. Just live life to the full !! Prepare for the end with your family, let them know what you want if ill, at your funeral and then take every opportunity you can to live a pleasant life. Good Luck with yours.

  4. my Grandmother is 102...while she does not smoke ,drink or eat meat..her father lived to be 108..so much of this considering the longevity of lives on both sides of my family are due to genetics...i am almost 50 and look as i were in my twenties..some of my aunties had their last children in their sixties...again ..genetics...

  5. Its the cards we are dealt and the way it is. I believe mother nature is running the show even though huge egos wouldn't agree. So many things are programmed in our existence that we take for granted. Our bodies heal, make all kinds of special fluids, change food and air into energy and adapt. Mother nature isn't perfect and some freaks happen from time to time but I believe after billions of years she has her job down pretty good but who am I to judge just existing a mere 58 years.Trust in your mother because there is no other, someday we all sleep and are back in her care.

  6. Realize is is not how long you live which is important, rather how well you live in the time allotted to you.
