  1. Okay, there's a book by Peter Jazwinski called ACT NOW! that has a LOT of information on the movie biz.  It tells you how to send resumes to agents and it has something he calls the cycle.  Now, it's been a while since I read it, but I think he said you should keep a binder full of all the agents you have sent to and once every months you rotate.  For instance, say you have six agents.  The first month,  you mail three.  The second month, you mail the last three.  The next you send the first three again, and the next you send the other three.  I'm not exactly sure if that is word for word, but I would suggest picking up the book.  My copy cost me thirteen dollars, I think.  But yeah, the point in doing the mailing in that manner is you don't become a burden, but you stay on the agents mind.  For instance, they might not have needed you for a particular role when you mailed the first time, however, on you second mailing, they might remember your face from your headshot and say, "I think this girl would be right for a part I need to cast", and they might give you an interview.  The book also gives tips on how to make your acting resume and head shot.  Hope this helps.

  2. Those agents might be busy and not able to reply or give you a call.

    Try waiting another month.

If no reply, send again or look for others.
