Kenny Dalglish has revealed that both Daniel Agger and Craig Bellamy are fully fit and are in contention to feature in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809’s starting eleven as they go into the Carling Cup final on the 26th of February.
Bellamy and Agger were missing from the Liverpool side that went on to beat http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brighton-c38685 by six goals to one in the FA Cup, since the duo seemed to pick up knocks that were a little tricky to overcome.
However, with the two now back to full fitness, it seems like Kenny Dalglish is going to opt to start with them in the upcoming game against Norwich, as Liverpool look to end their trophy drought.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Craig-Bellamy-c9471 has been turning a lot of heads this season, as the attacker has repeatedly come to Liverpool’s aid.
He transferred from Manchester City to Liverpool on a free at the start of the season and has since then gone on to become one of the most influential players at the club.
On the other hand, Agger and Martin Skrtel have been solid at the back all season long and the Reds will be hoping for the duo to perform exceptionally well in the Carling Cup final.
Dalglish, when talking about Agger and Bellamy, while talking about their injrueis is quoted to have said: "There are no injuries from the [Brighton] game as far as we know but we had a couple on Friday and Saturday with Bellars and Daniel Agger"
"We'll just have to see how they are but they should be alright."
Liverpool’s veteran defender, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Daniel-Agger-c9884 and Martin Skrtel have been two of our best players. I've got to wait my turn,
just as other players had to wait their turn when I'd been playing for so long."
Nonetheless, should Liverpool be able to perform in the same fashion that they have been for the last couple of weeks, they could easily go on and pick up a trophy before the end of the month.
