Agloco help?

Is this site down or something? I saw it in a money making e-book collection and it takes me another site, I hear you can d.l. the viewbar software to get paid, where do I get it? How do I get paid via PayPal and when?

I was part of Agloco........ it got a number of individuals signed in , but then it flopped!

Ended up they wanted money 'upfront' for membership.

It finally closed several months ago.
