Agnieszka Radwanska faces health issues in a press conference – Tennis News
Just before the final of the Wimbledon Championships on Saturday, a major scare hit the Pole third seed starlet, Agnieszka Radwanska, when she was forced to cancel the press conference on the eve of Friday due to the health issues.
She was struggling to breath and was soon taken to the near hospital for proper treatment.
Women Tennis Association spokesman mentioned that Radwanska was not feeling well from the start of the day and faced mammoth problems in speaking due to breathing issues. It will be major let-off for the Polish spectators who were
eager to witness their first ever tennis star in the final of the Wimbledon Championships in 73 years.
The Pole was so much troubled by the breathing issues that she had to stop the conversation immediately after its launch. The press conference hardly lasted for ten minutes and in that time Radwanska drank multiple glass of water
before calling it off without even saying anything. It was a bad scene to watch for any tennis fanatics because the Pole was struggling immensely.
Radwanska eased into the finals of the Wimbledon Championships, contested at All England Lawn Tennis Club, on Thursday at the expense of the German eighth seed superstar, Angelique Kerber. The 23-year-old Pole will be up against
the likes of the former world number one, Serena Williams, of America and the match will be contested on the eve of Saturday.
Williams won her semi-final battle after smashing 24 aces across the throat of the Belarusian former world number one, Victoria Azarenka. It was the second biggest upset of the tournament following the one that was witnessed in
the fourth round when the German superstar, Sabine Lisicki, ousted the reigning French Open Champion, Maria Sharapova, in straight sets.
The final between the 30-year-old experienced American and the young Pole starlet is expected to tilt in the favour of Williams despite her inferior ranking. It will be a tough battle and third ranked Pole will not easily give
up unless her breathing issue destroys her dream moment again.  It is definitely going to be a tight battle to say the least.
