I have an aunt who is agoraphobic, we are not that close and she does not discuss it with us. I am afraid that I am developing it as well. I have an close to debilitating aversion to going outside, so much so that my husband just took our son to the park on a beautiful, not to hot, sunny day to the soccer fields to run and play in the grass, and I just couldn't bring myself to go with them, I have nothing planned today, I just couldn't fathom going outside, not afraid of going out, just can't imagine wanting to be out there.

Does this sound like the onset of agoraphobia, or am I being silly?

  2. Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder.

Panic attacks are common. So, if

you had it, you'd avoid public and

    unfamiliar places.

Yes, it sounds like you could
