  1. Ok not many professionals will like what I am going to tell you.

I know CCTV cameras do have this affect on many people.

I have been told it cannot happen, but believe me it does.

When cameras are recording only and so not CCTV armed with a viewer watching our every move there are no problems.

When I get that strange feeling I look for the camera Yep it is there. This way I know its not me feeling ill, but the effects of the equipment in the shop, in the street etc.

  2. It may be possible that you have agoraphobia. You need to look at what's happened since you last went to the supermarket (i mean the time before last). Although I would have thought if you had agoraphobia you'd have felt the FEAR as soon as you stepped outside..In fact, agoraphobia is a fear of wide open spaces, innit?! A supermarket is enclosed! You have a fear of supermarket. Try internet shopping - tesco's deliver to you door

  3. no i dont think it's agoraphobia, this happens to me aswell especially if I'm waiting for a reply from someone or really lookng forward to something, thus I feel anxious to come back home...  or else you were simply tired and wanted to some home...especially if you work or have to deal with lots of people....(you totally get bored of ppl)

  4. Yes you could have agoraphobia. But to be sure, you do need to think of what brought on the feeling of wanting to go back home. Was it the people around you, was it something you looked at, was it a certain sound, etc etc.
