Agra being an International tourist place why can't the municipal corp. keep it hygienically clean ?

A place which is on the Ineternational tourist map has lanes ,roads ,colonies,public transport system so unclean and dirty and strikingly stenchy ,it becomes difficult for a passerby to tread the path without holding a cloth against the nose.

If you are Indian then you can understand how corrupt we are,how sensitive we are towards our duty,everything we expect from Govt.,but don't want to share the responsibility towards city administration even if we choose as corp orator.

if the municipal corp spends so much money doing something useful, then how will they pocket some extra income? u live in India----remember that, OK?

This is the typical problem of India. It is the mindset of the people that public places are to be left umclean, untidy etc.  This is due to illeteracy, poverty  and the corruption in government organization. See the places which are commercial centres, they  are always kept good and properly maintained. Public places are the property of everybody and anybody will take proper care thinking somebody will do it and nobody is responsible for that
