Do you think it is wrong for people to constantly criticize President Bush? I understand that we are at war but its not like he caused the war all by himself and what where we thinking before all of this came about did we voice our opinions or did we went about or busy lives?

Doesn't the Bible say pray for does that are in authority so instead of blaming Bush shouldn't we start praying for him although his time is almost up...as for the upcoming president no matter who it is shouldn't we just pray for him?

Besides with the war doesn't the Bible say in Mark 13:7 - And when ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet...so do you agree or disagree

  1. Well what the bible says is useless to me, but I agree.

Mostly because we are in war for good reason. Besides Congress had to vote for the war of course. Bush didn't just decide on a war and then send out troops. We live in a country where our government consists of many branches, all with limited power, so one doesn't take over.

  2. Bush is one of the few people that make me wish there really is a h**l.

  3. Ok.

#1. President Bush made us invade a country that we shouldn't have invaded in the first place. He dug us a hole.

#2. The "Bible" is a fraud written by countless of other authors and the stories stretched out into fables. BTW, why would we want to "pray" to man who had ruined our country - our economy, killed our soldiers and continues to lie to us to this day?

  4. Yes, you are absolutely correct.  Disrespect is out of control.  Any moron can find fault and criticize, that takes zero skill.

What good person would want the job of President when they know they and their family will be trashed by the citizens.  How can we hope for a good candidate if we treat them with disrespect.  So we citizens shoot ourselves in the foot by criticizing the Commander and Chief.

Bush was legally elected, and he deserves the support of the citizens until he has filled his term.  A third grader can figure this out.

  5. You are 100% right! I have been trying to say that for years! Thank You!!!!  You are also right about the Bible. It does say to pray for those in the gov't, whether we agree or disagree w/ them.Things could be 100% worse. And nobody can really, honestly tell me. That they "know" what they'd do.God Bless You!!!

  6. agree....18 months and 14 un resolutions ignored is NOT jumping into war...JOhn Kerry,Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden areed [then].  Criticizing Bush doesn't help anything....We will give an account of every idle word we ever spoke one day....

  7. You are what is wrong with democracy.  How are you meant to have a government by the people when the people don't actually care?

  8. STRONGLY disagree!!!! U know why. U dnt want me to say it on the computer. Why, I don't know; but, whatever...

  9. I am not certain but I believe it says in romans 13:1 that we are to obey the rulers of our land, Im paraphrasing of course. It also says that no power is given but by God. Anyways I know this probably doesnt answer your question but I do have some wisdom to share with everybody. If you do not vote then in my view you have no right to complain. If you can't vote due to YOU having  a felony or some other similar reason, then maybe you should have thought about that before you did what you did. I think if somebody complains about our leaders and did'n't bother to vote themselves they should just keep their mouths shut. To many people gave their life for you to have this freedom, by you bickering and complaining about every little thing and not even taking the opprotunity to let your voice be heard through your vote you make these peoples life lost in vain. If you are still to young to vote then be patient, grownups are still your boss.

  10. Yes.

Remember, the President does not declare the war. It is the congress that does that. I am happy we went after these evil doers
