Agu bicycle panniers?

Question

does anyone know where Agu bicycle panniers are made? I couldn't find it anywhere on their site. http://www.agu.be/en/?pag=1 - because they sell on the internet for about $250, and i wouldn't want to spend that much money on them if they are made in china.
