Following Van Persie’s announcement that he will not be extending his stay with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429, he went on to get linked with a number of moves out of the club. Out of all those moves, a move to Manchester City still seems to be the most likeliest for the player.
Based on a couple of reports, Van Persie and City have agreed to a move in principle and are now just waiting to actually push ahead with the deal and make it official.
At the same time, it seems like the City players are already fans of Van Persie and wouldn’t mind having him around at the club.
In a recent interview with Sergio Aguero, the City player was asked to name the three forwards who he thought were the best in the world last season.
"Messi, Messi and Messi," Aguero initially said.

Considering the fact that the Argentine is considering Van Persie to be better than Ronaldo last season, it means that he not only has a lot or respect for the player, but it reveals just how much he admires him.
The Dutch international went on to score thirty goals last season and won a host of individual awards, including the PFA Player of the Year award.
Now with him claiming that he has to leave the team to win trophies in the future, City could just end up being the club where he ends up at.
Arsenal are adamant over the fact that they will try to get the striker to extend his stay with the team, or end up making sure that he sees out his contract.
Despite that fact, should City make a decent bid for the forward , then the Gunners might not have any choice but to let the striker leave the team.
