I will be attempting to do this routine for one month.

Start date- Monday September 1, 2008

End Date-Thursday October 2, 2008

My Workout Plan:

Sunday-DDR(burn 600 calories)

Monday-Walk one mile, DDR(burn 700 calories)

Tuesday-DDR(burn 800 calories)

Wednesday-DDR(burn 600 calories)

Thursday-DDR(burn 600 calories)

Also each day I'm going to do 10 push-ups, 100 crunches, and lift 8 pound weights*2 sets of ten*.

My Eating Plan:

Breakfast-

Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie

1 Cup Apple/Granola/Grape/Yogurt Mix

Lunch-

PBJ

Grapes or 100 Cal. Pack

Snack:

50 Cal. String Cheese

1 Cup of Carrots

2 Tbs. Ranch

Dinner-

Whatever my mom fixes, which is usually prtty healthy.

I will drink water with breakfast, lunch, and snack. For dinner I will drink a glass of tea.

Will I see good results from doing this?

Results like, toning, losing weight, and having more energy?

Also how much weight do you think I will lose?

And lastly, do you see anything I should change? If so let me know.

  1. your not going to be eating enough

    id say eat a healthier breakfast that will actually fill you up that way you wont be getting hungry just a while after u just ate, eat a snack like a granola or fruits when u get hungry between ur meals and just try eating healthy best way to put it just watch what you put into your mouth, make smart decisions when you wanna grab some chips or anything unhealthy don't! ur craving will go away like in fifteen minutes, that doesn't mean u cant ever eat them but try not to, umm i would say run a mile a day, walk, and just keep active, do about 100-200 crutches and sit ups a day. Trust me you will feel better after running and keeping active :) Oh yea drink plenty of water it is really good for you, green tea also works its good for your digestion system.

    ur plan seems good but i don't think you would be eating enough, when you don't eat enough you don't build up enough energy which makes you week and just isn't good, and besides that ur body starts to store fat because it feels like its starving itself. :)

  3. I really don't believe that you're going to be losing 600-800calories a day from DDR, unless you do it for multiple hours.

    That aside, you will lose weight, if everything is correct.

    You're not taking in many calories at all, it could probably count as malnutrition  :P

    Yes id say that would work well.

    Don't take pills do it the natural way!

    If you can do more exercise in the day then do but don't push yourself

    and if this works for you i am going to try it!!

  5. I don't think you will be losing at all because your body will think you are starving and will hold on to all its fat.   You are not having enough calories.   You should have protein at every meal.
