Ah! Virus help please hurrey?

Question

Ok so i got this virus with a red background and alot of **** and i got rid of it and got all my stuff back but now my time is in military time and my computer is having some minor pop-up problems and this windows vista virus prtector keeps popping up and i cant delete it or close it i dont know what to do

please help me?

spyware-

You have a spyware installed run multiple Anti spywares and anti virus programes to remove it.

Military time-

In Windows, click the Start  button.

Click Control Panel, click Clock, Language, and Region.

Click Regional and Lanugage Options.

Click Customize this format.

On the Time tab, do one of the following:

Change Time format to HH:mm:ss for a 24-hour clock.

Change Time format to hh:mm:ss tt for a 12-hour clock.
