Ah! env2 help please?

ok so i can only hear the keypad on my env2 and its reaaaaaaaally annoying me when i play a video or ringtone i cant hear it wittch is very annoying when i get a text or call and no my phones not on silent... please help!

  1. Manufacturer defect. Take it down to verizon. You proble just recently got your phone?
