The rush of population put a much higher demand on the capacity of the Alaska ecosystem.  It spurred mining as well which radically increased the amount of pollutants being generated by man.

why don't you just do your own research,why is it so many kids so lazy that they cannot do there own homework the time it took to ask this question and wait for a reply you could have done your own report LOOK IT UP
