Ahh! Is it true that they are banning the Twilight movie in the Philippines?

A friend of mine told me. I don't know if it's official but if it is than this is worse enough for all the fans.. I mean, we even have the books here in Philli and now they want to ban it. I mean, it's PG 13 and they allow other c**p movies with violence and s*x and they even have Harry Potter here.. so is this official, does anyone know about it?

Even if they have a right to ban it, they shouldnt. I mean why ban it? Unless it's religious or something. I dont think that would be fair. But you should check online.

I don't see why they would need to ban any movie from any place unless it went against something they believed in or something.  I bet it is just a rumor that has been spread around by word of mouth and has been blow out of proportion.

on IMDb it comes out January 8th in the Philippines.

I don't see why they should ban it.

If you just heard it from your friend and you haven't been able to find anything on Google, it's probably just a rumor. Although they SHOULD ban that movie, 'cause the books are absolute c**p and the move looks worse.
