Ahh cannot sleep......?

this pattern has been going on for a few weeks.

it started as going to sleep at around 2-4 in the morning. then 2 nights a go, i stood up the whole night, i wasnt sleepy at all. until later on in the day i fell asleep for about 2 hours and woke up extremely cranky. last night i fell asleep around 12, which was better, but woke up at 1 this afternoon. i took sleeping pills (2 simply sleeps) which normally work but i just cant sleep right now what can i do to get me to go to sleep??

i am 13 years old, cannot use micro wave so dont reccomend warm milk, what can I do?? its 2 in the morning and i have to get up at around 7!!!

  1. i have that alot...maybe somethings on ur mind???theres nothing u rele can do besides lay down and try.....maybe take a hot bath and soak...taht can relax ppl sometimes


  2. meditation! it stops that little voice in your head allows you to quiet your mind and relax easier. i had the same problem and it worked for me.

  3. stay up the whole night and at your usual bed time go to sleep......

  4. Try drinking milk or eating rice before going to bed, both contain melatonin, a natural sleeping aid, which help you sleep better. From http://nosleep.in


  5. Try reading..that always makes me really tired. Or make yourself get up earlier, if you go to bed at 1, wake up at 7, that way when you lay down at night you'll be exhausted and want to sleep.
