Ahh i don't understand why i can download pics from my camera but not videos.?

Question

what kind of program would i need. all i do is connect the usb to the computer and camera and all the pictures download but none of the video downloads. i have a cannon power shot a560.

if you use the software comes with your camera, you should be able to transfer everything.

but you can also open your windows explorer and transfer all files from your memory card (or camera) to your PC's directory.
