Ahhh. . .I'm so sore!?

Lol Yesterday and today I had PE in school. Yesterday we ran 8 laps around the parking lot, and I was sore today before we ever started. We did dips and push-ups and throwing and catching. . .

And man, I'm sore!! Haha. . .I love PE but this year we have it for an hour and a half. . . arrrggh.

And for the question. . . what to do???

  1. Remember no pain no gain!  Your sore because the excersices your doing are working.  Take warm baths when you get home and just keep at it.  You'll find in a few days you won't be as sore anymore.  Enjoy!!


  2. If you stretch as soon as you're done exercising you can prevent getting sore.  In the meantime, go take a nice hot bath to relax your muscles.

  3. I think you'll get used to it. If you don't work out for a while and start again you're suppose to be sore, but you will get used to it.

  4. Take some meds before and see if that helps, Are your streaching before you start?
