Is it possible to get a slightly flatter belly in a matter of...5 days? Sounds impossible, but I need to make sure! Swimming for the first time this season on Saturday! Help, please! : /

  2. belly fat diet, look it up on google. it is much healthier then other diets and it uses omega 3s and other things. Also stay away from high frutcose corn syrup and do a lot of excercise. Good luck! =]

  3. Well, you could limit your carbs to 20 per day, if possible.

    Eat lean protein, vegetables, salad, drink plenty of water. Get some exercise in... do sit ups, take a walk. Stay away from cakes, cookies, all deserts, potatoes, rice, corn, all breads, starchy foods, cereals. You might want to try those slim fast shakes that are low in carbs. They also make those low carb bars that are on the diet isle. Usually, they taste pretty crappy tho.
