Ahmed Shehzad ton takes Pakistan to 268
Ahmed Shehzad blasted his first century to put Pakistan in a great position against New Zealand in the fifth One Day International match at Seddon Park on 3 February, 2011. Shehzad made a blistering 115 runs taking Pakistan to a total of 268.
New Zealand won the toss and put http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755 in to bat. Pakistan was unable to get to a quick start as the first wicket of Mohammad Hafeez fell with the score on 20 in 6.3 overs, caught by Nathan McCullum off the bowling of Kyle Mills.
Kamran Akmal joined Ahmed Shehzad and they managed to take the score to 73 before Akmal was run out having only scored 17 runs. Younis Khan came to the crease as Shehzad took control of the match, blasting magnificent shots all over the ground. The pair
managed to take the score to 120 in 25.4 overs as Younis got out on 21, caught by Scott Styris off the bowling of McCullum.

and bring the Pakistan total to 205 before he was caught by Jacob Oram off the bowling of Styris.
Captain http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Razzaq-c84421 replaced Afridi but the innings could not be steadied as
the wickets started to tumble. Razzaq was unable to impress as he only managed to score 3 runs before getting out off the bowling of Mills. Umar was the next to fall, as he was run out on 32 with the Pakistan total at 265. Umar Gul departed quickly making
only one run.
In the end, Pakistan managed a respectable 268 runs for the loss of nine wickets.

Pakistan must now show some disciplined bowling if they are to have any chance of winning this exciting match.
