Ahmedabad to Manipal(Mangalore) can Start 18th mar night. Interview on 20th morning. Help needed(no flights)?

Question

ahmedabad to mangalore without flights.

After attending intvw on 18th mar, I can leave on 18th night only and want to reach Manipal/Mangalore/Udupi on latest by 19th march only. Have to attend intvw on 20th morning.

TRAINS/BUSES or any cheaper transport...

It is around 1200 Km travel. Around 24 hours journey by train.

Visit http://www.indianrailways.gov.in for possible available trains/fares/accomodation between these two destinations.

There are number of trains from Ahmadabad running on konkan railway. The train runs via panvel.Get down in udupi and take a auto to manipal.

If you start on 18th morning you will be in manipal by 19th noon.

around 1500 km journey,which means 30 hrs.

best chance is to book cheap flight.

for somebody who is seeking admission in one of the manipal colleges flight ticket should not matter.if you can not afford one flight ticket better forget manipal
