Ai Miyazato ready to grab second straight LPGA title at Kohler

Japanese Ai Miyazato, who won the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship 2012 last week, looks all set to battle for a major title at the US Women’s Open, scheduled to start from July 5-8, at Blackwolf Run, Kohler, America.
Miyazato is pretty glad with how she is showing her skills this season, but the US Women’s Open 2012 is going to demand more hard work and consistency—something the star golfer is famous for.  
According to analysts, the major battle is crucial for Miyazato, as it will give her heaps of opportunities to prove her worth in professional circuit.  
The Japanese golfer has made a name for herself among the best LPGA contenders in the world. More importantly, she has learned to play in tough conditions thanks to her latest victory.
With several players jockeying for the top spot, Miyazato has established herself as the most influential player. She jumped 3 spots to stand at the third position in the Women’s World Golf Rankings.
Analysts pointed out that other players may have adopted solid plans for the major tournament, but the 27-year-old star will be the player to watch.

The field of the US Women’s Open is pretty solid, with the participation of the defending champion So Yeon Ryu of South Korea.
