I'm using Windows XP.I connected my Aigo A208 (with battery in) and the blue screen appeared saying that the USB is connected. The Aigo appears on the PC as 'E' drive, but when I try to copy/drag files over I get an error message saying "PLEASE INSERT A DISK INTO DRIVE E".I've tried reformatting the disk but get the message "There is no disk in Drive E. Please insert a disk and try again."I've tried different ports, but the Aigo is not recognised in any of them. When I go to the bottom right hand side of the screen to remove the hardware, I never get a message saying it's safe to do so. Is it possible for you to give me some online support to get my Aigo up and running?
