Aim messenger video session no sound? please help.?

Question

So basically.... I used AIM 6.9.. ? The newest one that came out. I forgot what's the number .. anywho, I been webcamming with my friend a lot lately & at some point I would hear her, but she can't hear me... BUT MOST OF THE TIME, I can never hear her. it's like muted. I have no idea. Her camera has a speaker & I'm sure my camera does too except it's an integratedcamera(laptop). But hers is LogitechCam. So... the question is... does anyone know what's the problem & how do i resolve this issue. I wanna hear her instead of us typing back & forth which is very annoying. Thank you guys ( sorry for my poor english )

in the aim box that you can see each other in click the sound thing and then you can turn the volume things up, you might of had it on mute.
