Aim to learn basic theories of sociology, any help?

I want to learn sociological theories in a simple language and categorized method through self study. who can help me? (by sending me some files, chatting, or any guidance)

So it's quite a broad subject - email me if you want to ask anything in particular.  If I had to recommend one book, I'd say Sociology by Anthony Giddens covers everything, it is quite a big book, but good value for money and has very clear explanations of everything :-)

I am actually a Sociology student :)

There is a fantastic textbook available called 'Sociology: Themes and Perspectives' by Haralambos and Holborn (ISBN : 0-00-715447-X) which you can buy second hand on Amazon etc.  If you cannot get a copy or cost is a problem, I would suggest you visit www.HaralambosHolborn.com which gives support where necessary.  If you have any questions regarding any of the theories, feel free to email me.
