Aint got my tax return or rebate check?

I filed my taxes in april everytime i go on that stupid irs website they say they cant provide any info on it. I was supposed to get my rebate check and i aint got that either.

You ain't getting a tax return but you do get a TAX REFUND!

IRS has been have many problems with their computer systems this year.  

First of all call IRS again and hope their systems is working properly, you need to find out if your return ever arrived at IRS.  IF you filed and you have not filed in previous years 2002-2006 IRS is holding your refund until you file.
