Aipom i need help!!!?

I got an Aipom form one of my friends on pokemon diamond and i got it at level 33 and its at level 50 and it wont evolve when i looked it up it said it evolved when it leaned double attack at level 31 or something like that i've tryed every thing and i really need help its not that i want it to evolve i just want it to be stronger

no you have to have double hit in its move set to evolve it.

go to the house in pastoria city  (south west corner) you know its the one cuz a guy will be standing outside.

go inside the house and the guy in there can teach old moves to any pokemon, just have Aipom re-learn the move double hit.

NOTE:

you must have a heart scale to give the guy as payment.

those can be found in the underground.

You could always breed it and create another Aipom and start over.  OR you could try going to the move tutor.
