Air Baffle sticks in Kenmore Elite refrgerator

The air baffle in my Kenmore 106-53203201 refrigerator sticks closed and does not allow cold air to flow from the freezer to the fridge. This causes the fridge to warm up. Typically it seems to be caused by ice and taking a hair dryer to it fixes the problem for awhile. Is there a cure to this problem? Do I need a new baffle?
