Air Canada Management?

Okay, I am 16, and was doing a school project on a possible job. I like the idea of being part of Air Canada as an executive. How would i enter this field, where would i work (Montreal is assumed), what would i do, and how much would i get paid?

First I would like to say I am happy to hear that you are that ambitious at such a young age. I would assume taking Business Management as a major in college and trying to imerse your self in the field. Maybe get an internship at another airline to get a feel for what you maybe up against
