Air Conditoner Compressor& Fan does not work,why?

Question

Today it is going to be 95 degrees here and I just realized that my AC does not work!!!

- This is central AC for 4 bedroom home ( not split AC)

- Inside the home fan and blower motor works fine( i.e air is blowing but not cooled air)

Out side I checked:

- this is 5 year old ( NEW) a/c unit!

compressor unit does not seem to start.. neither fan ..nor compressor seem to be starting..checked fuse and it is OK.

Any help what may be wrong? Why the compressor and fan unit outside the home is not starting up.

NOTE: Only people who have real experience pls answer. Those who just answer for the points pls stay away....thank you so much in advance for your help.

Pls allow me to cool myself from this 95 degree heat.

You might have a bad dual run capacitor!!

you can check the float switch on the inside unit condensation drain pan. if it's full of water it will shut down the outside unit

If it's not a fuse/ circuit, check the unit's power supply.
