Air Force One plane Question?

I was watching a documentary about air force one about what is in. and how it functions and stuff. Ive noticed that it is like no other commercial airflight. Like they have beds, chairs, meeting rooms and stuff.

Anyways my question is. how come they have tvs in rooms and phones to use.

In use commercial airlines no phones and tvs are used. bcuz it could interrupt communications. How about air force one. wont tv and phone communications affect the plane or their communications. so what is it.
