Air Miles Redeeming?

Anyone know about how long it takes to receive your gift certificate from Air Miles Rewards when you redeem your points? Also, is it received by mail only? It can't be redeemed & printed online, can it?

I redeemed mine online for a ticket.  It was done instantly, I would go to the airlines web site and look under their air miles section and go to rewards or something like that.  On the Delta site it is Skymiles, then something like rewards and you choose what you want to redeem for.  Hope that helps you.

I get my gift certificates in about a week.    Doesn't take long.
