Does any one know how to convert air pressure in inches (Weather Forecast Air Pressure). To millibars.

  1. a standard atmosphere is roughly 760mm = 29.9" of mercury... see the link below to get to a calculator...


  2. A rough way to convert (not precise) is to multiply the pressure in inches of mercury by 33.86 to get millibars.  It is not a precise measurement because temperature needs to be factored as well, but that makes the conversion much more meticulous.
