Air Rifles/Slug Guns/BB Guns etc etc quick question

Are air rifles or ANY other low powered sort of guns legal without licenses in Australia or do I need a license no matter what sort of gun it is? I live in NSW by the way just in case laws are different in other states.

Can anyone also please give me a website or something for low powered gun sales.

And is getting a gun license hard to get for a low powered gun, even a paintball gun, hard to get for a 17 year old? and is there a website that can help with that?
