I'm going on holiday in January and it's a 22 hour flight. I always get air sickness. Is there anyway I can help prevent this as it really does ruin the flight. Thank you.

  1. Take the bus instead!

  2. i find that chewing gum helps it clears my nose and stuff,

    try a VERY strong mint.

also bring a lot of flavored liquid, it helps.

and if you feel queasy, taking those small alcohol wipes and waving it in front of your nose settles your stomach :)

    i hope this helps!

    enjoy the flight.

  3. Don't try to read - keep looking around without really focussing on anything - airsickness is a form of motion sickness - the body knows its being moved about but the information from the eyes does not match it. Also, don't close your eyes
