Air Traffic Control careers?

I have always been interested in an Air Traffic Controller career but never followed it. I have been researching it online, noticed that the age limit is 30 (I’m 27) so I am going to apply. I have two Bachelor’s degrees and four years of human resource and management work experience. With no airline experience though I was wondering if there was any chance I would ever be contacted regarding the position, or does the FAA get so many applications from more “qualified” people that I would not have a chance.

Sure, go for it. A good time to apply since a lot of Controllers are retiring soon.  DON'T wait, do it NOW
