Air alert!?

Please someone tell me if air alert really works from experience and how much did you gain from it and how long until you notice a difference?

  1. I think it works for some people and doesn't for others. A few of my friends have tried it and some of them can jump noticeably higher (4-8 inches), while others barely increased at all. I'm in the middle of doing it now because I figure I had time during the summer, I'm in week 6 and I probably should have tested my vertical beforehand to see if I was actually increasing (I haven't tested it since high school which was two and a half years ago), but I feel like I've gained maybe an inch or two so far just from playing ball. Someone else told me that by Week 5 you'll start to notice a difference, so if you have five weeks to kill (and it's not even really five weeks since you only do it three times a week) you should be fine.

    Another strategy is to figure out what Joe Alexander did to get his vert and copy that. Either way.
